Kathy Freston's new book Veganist is about the "skewness in" the vegan diet. This is a welcome approach almost militant intimidation by groups like PETA.

But I struggle with the need for dogma and rigid rules to a diet. I, for example fishing. I occasionally to catch a fish (and all fisheries rules and boundaries to follow). I prepared the fish and eat it. Although I agree with many of the principles of veganism, I will not stop fishing on the requirements of dietary dogma.
